It's stunning how quickly someone with that type of disorder can go from calm to crazy. She's a professional, and she had her defenses ready, but it's still an uncertain outcome with a patient like that.
Taking on a case of that nature as the therapist would be a big challenge. That personality type often isn't amenable to treatment or change. Everything is always someone else's fault. I have some relatives like that.

I should clarify this... my first wife was a child psychologist and therapist, and worked for the state handling child sex abuse. This 99.999% of the time involved a relative, and that relative was under court order, and not exactly what you'd call a happy, stable individual.
