Some of my earliest astrophotography efforts were of the sun. This one group of sunspots always amazed me. I remember that the large spot is several earths in size. I want to say 8 or more but I just don't remember.
I can see that I was experimenting with different crop and contrast settings. Some very interesting detail for sure.
