And another thing....

Many of us are "friends" on FB.

However, that's different. On FB, anyone you've ever "friended" has access to what you say, and you're inundated with all of their carp.

I have > 100 "friends". Most are acquaintances, former co-workers, etc. They're not "friends." They'e people I know.

Here, we are, even if we disagree, real friends, especially after (gasp) more than a decade. It's a totally different, and better, dynamic.

@jon-nyc Very nice! We maintain an RV in Pismo. We especially enjoy the off-season. It tends to be a little warmer than Bakersfield, and not so "touristy."
