Oh my God yes the pun game.

My dad's reluctant to commit very much in the way of effort to this, but my mom agreed to mail out anything I give them. And I give it a good 80 percent chance they get a reply back—the president is the kinda guy who wants to win!! So, the next one is going to be full of "evidence" in the form of attachments, which will include:

• a photo of the HOA office, captioned with its title and address.
• a picture of the hole. Or any hole, really, I don't care.
• a picture of a "worker." Like, a landscaping guy stock photo. Preferably of a dude smiling with a shovel.
• another stock photo of a guy signing a contract to illustrate what signing a contract looks like.
• a mugshot of my dad that I have for some reason after he renewed his soccer referee certification.

They don't, unless there was some witness. They just assume.

I'd ask for proof, including any surveillance video of the common areas.
