Very interesting. I’d imagine the skewing of representation to the older cohorts is quite normal.

I don't find it surprising at all. But it's going to change over the next decade a lot. Millennials will become the boomers and will grow wiser with age.

I agree with everyone above. Kind of like companies too. If you look at VP level and above, it will mostly be older people, because of the experience and time in government or industry.
