Anyone used this place? I just put in a fairly large order. They have some pretty high end I believe restaurant stuff for reasonable prices. Got some duck, veal and pork that looks great. They get good reviews.

Well, this is interesting. Bribery charges in Brazil (surprise surprise) and congressional investigations.

I'd never heard of them, but the selection looks great. Keep us posted on how they work out.

They have a store in Chicago on Geneva. That is where mine will ship from.

It came today. Very frozen, well packed and everything looks exactly as advertised. Was going to grill some pork chops tonight but jus wasnt hungry enough for anything but half a sandwich and a cup of soup.

Thanks for the update!
I was going to place a large-ish order from Costco using Instacart. This seems a bit cheaper, with more variety.

Pan seared and roasted a ribeye Berkshire pork chop tonight. I deliberately did not brine it to see what it was by itself. It was excellent. Very tender, very flavorful pork
So far so good. I would buy it again. Definitely much better quality than Costco.

Great. They have very reasonable prices on veal rib chops. Will try them this weekend with their truffle demi glace.

Yeah, I got mine within a couple days. I will let you know how Biloxi Shrimp Co. works out. They sell the shrimp peeled and deveined.

I just used a little olive oil. 3 minutes per side at medium high, maybe just a bit lower, then 6-10 minutes at 375. I like them about 150.

I just ordered some filets for Mrs. George and some strip steaks for myself. Threw in some chicken breasts just to see.
