A few weeks ago, we were told that the risk of transmitting SARS-CoV-2 in an outdoor event was pretty low. That was in the context of the BLM
riotsprotests.Then, last week we were told that hundreds of cases of COVID-19 occurred during the Trump rallies.
I'm so confused.

I guess something like 50% in five years, 80% in ten years, 99.99% in twenty years.
