No booze tonight. I was good. We are down to wine maybe two nights a week now. Three on a big week.

And, if you don't mind me asking, what spurred it on?

Just the aging process. It takes a bit more out of my day and my sleep than it used to. Plus calories, and the fact that during these times it would be very easy to get into it as a habit, not a choice.

As far as timing it's been a gradual process over the past twenty years or so.
