Movie feels very "Tom Hanksy" to me. The Director had previously worked with Hanks on "Captain Phillips," which is perhaps why. Anyway, yeah, I'll see it.
As a side note, can you freaking believe this movie is being made? By Hollywood in 2020? It's basically about a white male saving a white girl from the Indian savages.

Your second comment is also spot on. I had to pour myself (another) glass of (cheap) Scotch to deal with how triggered I was by those images.
