That man was ready to shoot. Gun on his lap, cocked, locked, and ready to rock. Obviously he and the other car had a previous incident that made him ready to respond...but shooting through your own windshield is dedication.
Hate it when that happens.
What's fascinating to me is that he had no problem calling the police. In his mind, nothing about what he did was insane.
