Since Thailand is ahead 12 hours, the debate is over, so I can give a sneak preview of how it turned out.
Overall, it did not change anyone’s mind.
Summary from President Trump supporters: President Trump decisively won the debate. He was much sharper in his attacks and he left vice president Biden flustered throughout the debate. He was able to say his accomplishments and pointed out that vice President Biden has done nothing over the last years as a politician. Vice President Biden’s attacks on President Trump are just repeats of unproven things that have been said over and over again
Summary from Vice President Biden supporters: Vice President Biden decisively won the debate. He was much sharper in his attacks and he left President Trump flustered throughout the debate. He was able to point out his accomplishments, and was able to point out the failures of President trumps first term. President trumps attacks on vice President Biden are just unproven information and lies.

I forgot to add that the two most remembered “lines “ of the debate:
President Trump (when speaking about VP Biden son) -“All I can say is LOCK HIM UP!!”
VP Biden (when speaking about the money President Trump spent on hair cuts) - “All I can say is you didn’t get your money worth!!”

I’ve never seen a candidate with such a media tailwind. It’s like they are part of the campaign. There is no pretense any more. Trump will lose the election badly but if he won it would be amazing that he overwhelmed the biggest marketing machine of all time.
