How many Tony tolerances do you have, Jon?
I can tolerate Tony the Tiger, but not Tony Curtis. I always thought he was kind of weird.

Taking a SWAG, if it only needs to be fine enough such that the human naked eye cannot see the seam, perhaps the resolution of a laser printer or that of a Retina display is good enough, comes out to around 85 μm (300 dots per inch); call it +/- 43 μm.
