Sad.
I also am annoyed of how much is placed under the “equality” banner. Its rarely about equality, but those on the left usually just slap the bumper sticker on to claim moral high ground.

RBG was committed to equality.
Scalia was a disappointment to liberals.

"What a divided America hears when Obama speaks". I bet if one quantified the usage of "divided" between the two political sides, one could see clearly that the idea if divisiveness comes from the left almost entirely. But this idea that Trump is the "divisive" one seems to have taken full root in the heads of the left to the middle.

Or, for that matter, how would you write the headline for Ginsburg?Not saying it's inherently "fair" or "right," it just seems recorded history generally has more to say for those who made changes rather than those who defended status quo, and it seems Ginsburg has more often aligned with changes than Scalia has.
