Well the straits on those trousers, that’s pretty much where one may develop a femoral hernia. Care must be taken in releasing the hernia by always being aware of the large blood vessels adjacent. Usually repaired with a plug of mesh. If u do hit the vessels then u will see a pool of blood consistent with what u see as the gulf of Oman although the color will be red not blue.
