    A new system for law enforcement. It shoots a small GPS ‘dart’ at a car which then sticks to it, allowing cops to track and pursue without entering high speed pursuit. Seems like a good idea. A lot better than high speed chases in metropolitan areas.

      Can't see it. Thought it was maybe restricted by location, but even a VPN does not allow it. Sounds pretty cool.

      Not sure if it was talked about here, but some police have a tool that they shoot at the back axel of a car and tangles up the axel so it cannot be driven.
