Well the straits on those trousers, that’s pretty much where one may develop a femoral hernia. That’s a specific type of groin hernia more common in woman just medial to the femoral vessels in the femoral canal. Care must be taken in releasing the hernia by always being aware of the large blood vessels adjacent. Usually repaired with a plug of mesh. If u do hit the vessels then u will see a pool of blood consistent with what u see as the gulf of Oman although the color will be red not blue.
