Gee if they're not doing stock price manipulation, others will look at what a simple press release can do and get a bright idea. It might be framed as a felony or maybe class actionable, but I look forward to other companies trying this.

My buddy who does financial planning or some such bother told me Allbirds is held by a larger company and this could just be a classic pump and dump. Then he made a similar joke about my mother. Friends, amirite?

The guy who owns the mom and pop store where I get my bagel in the morning said he may be pivoting to AI too. If he can sell the place for a couple of billion he's going to give all his regular customers free bagels for life. I may be in for a windfall!
