Turbo Tax comments

I use turbo tax each year. Easy enough.

1. I didn't realize how good the SALT deduction would be. Thanks Trump!
2. I had one question about where to download a worksheet so I was on a live chat (it was with a real person). They were definitely real, I know this because they made the human mistake of copying my question I asked them right back to me. They made a mistake instead of copying my question into their separate window with AI answers they use to find answers to give to the customer! I wrote back "hey I can copy my question into an AI chatbot too, I'm asking you for your human expertise!"

It was something like:

Me: How can I find where to download the capital gains worksheet?

Him: Customer wants to find where to download the capital gains worksheet, where should he go?

Me: Hey... you're just using AI!

Some models type those kinds of thing out so you can see their "thought" process.

For those dying to know. I called, and talked to a human (most likely) they told me how to find the worksheet, it was not intuitive, despite the name of the company that makes turbo tax.
