31 baht/liter in Thailand = $3.60/US gallon. Gas prices are kind of regulated, so each station will have almost the same price. Very little change so far. Probably artificial, as most crude oil for Thailand comes from the Middle East.

In NC it was $3.70 for regular and $4.50 for 93 octane (rounding up the decipenny)

One of the things that I love about the Genesis, it runs great on 87… I just spent $52 putting in ~15 gallons at Costco…

Speaking of Costco, big ass SUV behind me. 10 minute long line/wait to get to the pumps… Karen gets out of the Highlander, proceeds to put 1.5 gallons into the beast., then starts it up and proceeds to idle and wait while I pump the 15 gallons into the sedan. Who the hell sits in a line like that to put in 2 gallons at most? And hell, she probably used up a quarter of it idling….

My wife doesn’t mind waiting for Costco gas. I’m of the opinion if I’m about to drop a few hundred in their store why care about $5? Time is more valuable to me.

IN Thailand, there has been people "hoarding" gas, and that has meant some gas stations are running out, but I think Thailand still has a couple of months reserve (maybe 3) if needed.

87 octane this morning here works out to US $4.92/ US gal (that’s $1.749 CAD/Litre)

Have never seen it that high here. Never.

Going to London this weekend and it will be interesting to see the highest motorway prices.

You want to know where gas is really expensive? I just acquired my landlord‘s 2021 troc Cabriolet convertible. And had just started getting into the red line of empty and I pulled over to fill it up with an €80 bill. It is almost 2 euros per liter in Sardinia.
