That includes Swiss bank accounts as well as luxury properties. Among his holdings in several of London’s ritziest neighborhoods is a house on “Billionaires’ Row.” Sources told Bloomberg Khamenei’s real estate empire also boasts a villa in the “Beverly Hills of Dubai” and upscale European hotels. -
Remember when Trump thought that using up the strategic reserve was almost as stupid as invading middle-eastern countries?

The International Energy Agency is working worldwide to get oil released, not only from the US but from from places like Japan, India, etc.
They want to get 400 million barrels released, out of about a total of 1.2 billion total reserves around the world.
But that is only about 20 supply of oil from the middle east. Plus it will take time for these reserves to get moved to where they need to be moved. I think the US has said it will take 120 days to complete teh transfers.

Has anybody gotten a clear understanding of what the overall plan in Iran is?
I know it is kind of a buzzword/cliche question, but....
How do we measure success in the Iran campaign?
kill the leader - check
get a new leader installed - 1/2 check
bomb the country - check
get a US friendly govt??

I think the plan is:
- Bomb them and kill their leadership (multiple times)
- Hope the people use the opportunity to protest and create real electoral change
- Say we won
- Not call it a war
- Not realize this is just a version of what happened Libya

My fear is that Trump will just declare victory when the political cost gets too high for him to continue, then basically paint a bullseye around the state of things at that moment.

In a speech this morning or yesterday he actually already said we won. He said "we won after the first hour."
