He's 86, lives on 250+ acres of farmland, has been farming there for more than half century. Rejects offer to buy land for $15 million, instead sells it to conservation trust for $2 million so it'll stay farmland forever.

Aside from what the money might do for his kids (?), really what is an 86 year old going do with with that much money anyway?
