Speaking of EVs, this was a live sighting an hour ago here in SFO.
Most annoying sound on the road has to be a two-stroke motorbike going flat out at 45mph .
EV noise is irritating.
Jenson Interceptor v8 noise my favourite. There's a modern Mercedes engine that rumbles nicely.
