Yet another drawdown in the stock market, but this time, metals are going down too. Just like the old days. I wonder if this is a decent sign that we're consolidating enough to form a base.
There’s a new middle school and elementary school being built in about 4 years. It’s in a rural area but likely surrounded by subdivisions eventually. I’d love to buy the land near it and make a billion gajillion dollars. Sadly that’s as far as I’ll go about it…posting about it on TNCR.
