    You rest, you rust.

Conservatives are better looking than liberals.

          Education is extremely important.

No question in my mind, I see the stark difference in people I know.

Yes, I am in good shape for 65. That is definitely due to 20 years on the treadmill every day.

              That was a great investment.

Me neither. I end up on the treadmill much of the winter and even with an interesting audiobook or podcast it kills me.

One difference is I’m doing an hour not 20m. But still.

                  Only non-witches get due process.

30-60 minutes of displeasure and tedium immediately cashed for 8-12 hours of significantly enhanced experience.

The thing about exercise is you can’t bank it, there is little to store, you need to accumulate it every day.

                        I can't feature it - at all.

I walk. 3-4 times a week, 5 miles or more.

                        The only restrictions are:

                        1. Rain
                        2. Heat (greater than 80 degrees)
                        3. Cold (less than 15 degrees)

I tolerate cold very well. Heat, not so much.

                        It's been a shitty August.

The saying, "Lite is just one damn thing after another," is a gross understatement. The damn things overlap.

                          Netflix, Amazon, DVDs

It gets to be like brushing your teeth, every morning and night

When I worked at Fenway Park, as a vendor, the sign on the locker room wall said "Selling is like shaving, you do it every day or you're a bum"
