Other than that, what do you think about the indictment, Mr McCarthy?

So, it'll be a face-plant by the Trump administration, thereby proving that they are capricious and arbitrary, and that the system works. Enjoy it.

      Education is extremely important.

It seems to me that if he can’t get this thrown out for vindictive prosecution than there’s no such thing a vindictive prosecution in practice.

It'll fail on the merits anyway. Or so everybody appears to believe.

I suspect she’ll get fired and replaced with another of trump’s personal lawyers.

IF a democrat wins in 2028, man DC will be in for a massive shockwave as the gaggle of Trump's employed sycophants go scrambling to find work somewhere.

Wow. Trump publicly ordering his AG to arrest his enemies, even after prosecutors say there’s no there there.

That takes the "reply all" mistake to a whole new level of incompetence

                  I was only joking

I'm clearly no legal expert, but is the President allowed to tell the DOJ what to do and who to prosecute. Isn't that yet another impeachable offense? Such as this.

I would imagine the court would be fine with it in general.

I’m still curious if the law actually, in practice, prohibits vindictive prosecution. Because if the president publicly ordering his AG to prosecute his political enemies doesn’t clear the bar than i can’t see how anything would ever do so.

This does make you wonder how much of his communications to his cabinet occur as private messages on Truth Social.

All that consternation over Hillary's email server now seems so quaint. 🤷

I bought a painting of Hilary’s email server done by Hunter Biden. It’s called ‘gee our old Lasalle ran great’.
