I think that's a pretty good score, Klaus. I doubt many of us could fare as well for German history.

13 out of 20? Yeah not bad. I bet if everyone in this country took the test the average score would be like a 7.

- @Mik "pointed" me in the right direction on one of them. And I admit I took a couple of guesses on others (but got them right). So, a realistic score just on knowedge was probably a 15 or so.

https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/crc/M_1778LG.pdfApparently the new test was already developed back in 2020, but will only start to be administered next month.
And unlike the example presented in the news article, the test will be given orally in person with the applicant expected to answer in free form, not multiple choice (same as before).
