We were visited by a 3 Month old very playful stray kitten Saturday. Other neighbors have seen her over the past week. Yesterday she came back and we fed this very hungry youngster. She’s clearly not feral as she’s not particularly afraid of people. She came up and investigated both of us. She’s back again for breakfast. She’ll be inside by the end of the week.

Go ahead and schedule the vet appointment to check for feline leukemia and other things. It's pretty clear you will have another kitty soon.

It’s progressing rapidly. She’s been around all day. I started playing with her with a feather toy and she loved it, then started rubbing on my legs. Now I can pet her at will. Definitely not a feral cat.

How do I upload video from a phone?

Three days of good nutrition has really made a difference in her energy. She's all over the back yard this morning, hunting things that aren't there, climbing trees and bushes and just generally running wild. I think she's feeling pretty comfortable.
