Spiders are patient

There's a spider web outside (OUTside) of my office window. There's a grass spider that just chills there day after day after day, and one time I saw a fly get caught in the web which of course was the highlight of the spider's week. I know it's just a dumb animal, but what patience to just wait there ALL day for some idiot fly to get caught.

Reminds me of sitting by the window waiting for the liquor store delivery in 2020. I have never been so happy to see a bottle of gin.
