Loudon County, that is. Not a new story, but worth a quick read. I don't really have an opinion, it would suck to move somewhere being told other land will soon be residential only for it to become industrial, and not sure the re-zoning of a neighborhood now that they're next to data centers is fair... then again, we didn't buy a home next to undeveloped land for a reason, you don't have control of what will be built next to you.
