That is an unwelcome realization, considering that 1/1/2000 was the day I considered myself over the hill.

I was 44. Hah! Little did I know.

Time flies. Sucks to think about. Yeah I'm "only 43" now, but feels like yesterday I was 25. Guess I'll appreciate being 43 now so that when I'm @Mik 's age I'll look back and think... man, 43 was young. I should've listened to my elder (:-D) on 7/2/2025!

In all seriousness though, with life settling down a bit (no more school or degrees, in a good career I don't care about advancing in until I retire, hopefully when I'm 57 or younger, have house, have all the kids I'll have...), my main focuses are being present with family, and improving my health.

I left the hospital 9 years ago with a six year life expectancy. I’m already living on house time.

I’m just trying to keep it going and do some good along the way through my foundation. And have fun. Lots of fun.

The more time you spend on the treadmill, the longer the day feels.

            Education is extremely important.

That's about as much as one can do.

I feel that way about our elliptical in our basement.
