As I would have suspected he was the last survivor from that flight.

1. Malcolm “Mac” Kilduff – Assistant Press Secretary, holding the dictating machine.
2. Judge Sarah T. Hughes – The federal judge who administered the oath—the first woman ever to do so  .
3. Jack Valenti – JFK/Johnson media liaison, later longtime head of the MPAA .
4. Congressman Albert Thomas – Texas Representative.
5. Marie Fehmer – Johnson’s secretary, slightly hidden behind Thomas.
6. Lady Bird Johnson – First Lady, standing to LBJ’s right.
7. Dallas Police Chief Jesse Curry – Positioned behind Lady Bird.
8. President Lyndon B. Johnson – At the center, taking the oath.
9. Evelyn Lincoln – JFK’s personal secretary; only her glasses peek above LBJ’s shoulder.
10. Congressman Homer Thornberry – Texas Representative; standing behind LBJ.
11. Agent Roy Kellerman – Secret Service, partially hidden behind Thornberry.
12. Agent Lem Johns – Secret Service, positioned near Mrs. Kennedy.
13. Jacqueline Kennedy – The widow, in her blood-stained suit.
14. Pamela Turnure – JFK’s press secretary, visible behind Jack Brooks.

Stoughton – The photographer, not visible in the frame but integral to capturing the moment .There were also a few additional background figures, including Charles Roberts of Newsweek, Kennedy pilot Jim Swindal, and others in the cabin, but these are the individuals most widely identified and named by historical sources .
