It's hard not to love Trump.

I always thought it was funny that back when we used the military for defense we called it Secretary of War and after we were the global superpower and started using it for war we changed it to Secretary of Defense.

But I wonder how the phrase entered the orange mind. Probably watching movies about McKinley.
