We had a very fun Memorial Day weekend
- Last October my son and to be daughter-in-law had been planning their wedding to take place in a small mountain chapel in South Carolina and then Helene decided to step in and plans had to be put on hold. Their patience paid off, as they absolutely loved the spot they had chosen and last weekend they got to have the day they had waited for. It was a wonderful time with some family and small group of their friends. The first of our sons to tie the knot, it was so beautiful. They had a little rain but the clouds added even more to the scenery across the hills. Other than a ring that almost fell down the mountainside the day went off without a hitch. Hope you all will indulge me as I thought I'd share a few pictures from the day. Loved watching our granddaughter as the little flower girl

Thank you all! It was a beautiful spot but definitely an interesting drive to get there. Very winding road up from Greenville only about 39 miles but was a bit over an hour and half drive time.

Unless you’re wearing an uncomfortable rental tuxedo.
