Recall his vision was to take a deep look at regulations across the board, get congress to repeal/update them in one fell swoop in order to unleash growth. That would be so much better than Musk’s failed approach.

This thread reminded me of this. A wonkish deep dive into how to empower nuclear energy through regulatory reform.

It’s a little more complex than this but this is the gist of it.

The good news for the magats is they finally found something that ivermectin actually works on.

Ramaswamy will be Ohio’s next governor. Given the weakness of the Dem candidate I will reluctantly vote for him. I hope he turns out to be good.

Good news. I like the guy. And his melanin is a bonus.

He's toned himself down, which is good. In the 2024 presidential primary he was a bit of an ass. I do think he's a smart guy. The dems have been foolish, running Amy Acton, the architect of the Ohio COVID response who resigned halfway through. If they had run the Lt Governor candidate, David Pepper, they'd have a better chance, but they are just damned and determined to move further left.

Yep. Sailing into those uncharted territories. He erred on the side of Trumpiness, but he really just needs to be himself, whatever that might be. It's obviously not that cartoon character from the debates.

Yes. The biggest headwind he's about to face in the data center scandal I posted about this morning. He's not going to be able to support the contract and will have to offer some way out of that mess.
