While it's billed to get you to look, the professor involved said he does not hink Trump could impose authoritarianism in America due to the strength of the country and its institutions in many areas versus countries that have slid into it. I thought it a much brighter assessment than the headlines would suggest. Worth a listen.

If the MAGA contingent were bigger, there could be a risk certainly with defaulting unlimited power to Trump but it seems there's enough opposition as well as military people with spines (like Milley) who know when to put country over self.
