I'm not a big fan of cloud storage and would not put much of anything truly sensitive out there. I use portable 1TB drives and a fireproof safe.

Use both. Cloud makes data immediately backed up as well as accessible from anywhere in the world. But every now and then back it all up onto a hard drive you can hold in your hand (and yes, store it somewhere safe-ish).

I now have two computers, a Mac mini that stays home and a laptop I travel with. I need the cloud to keep them in sync. I also have a physical hard drive backup

        Only non-witches get due process.
