Should the US’s “allies” buy this? Trump said today’s allies may be tomorrow’s enemies.

They may have no choice if they want the best aircraft - but does it make sense to buy the best from the US?

Not surprised. I doubt we ever export “full capabilities” of our latest and greatest military tech. More likely than not, any country that exports military technology will likely keep something secret just for itself.

I don’t know enough about military procurement to have an opinion if potential buyers have alternatives to American arms.

I’m just saying - this ain’t a great sales pitch.

Some Canadians actually think Trump might invade them. Obviously I don’t think that’d happen - but the politics of buy American ain’t great right now. And these countries are going to be buying more equipment soon
