The whole green beer thing I have never understood. I might grab a pint of Smithwick’s later, but getting a Pilsner with a bunch of food coloring? No thanks.

Green beer is about as Irish as Barry O'Bama.

        I was only joking

          He’s at least a little Irish…

Dunham was born on November 29, 1942, at St. Francis Hospital in Wichita, Kansas,[6] the only child of Madelyn Lee Payne and Stanley Armour Dunham.[7] She was of predominantly English ancestry, with small amounts of Scottish, Welsh, Irish, German and Swiss-German.[8]

If that's considered a little Irish, based on my ancestry I'm going to run for Taoiseach.

I made the kids green pancakes this morning.

I'd imagine you can guess how many they ate.

Wholly agree. Besides, it looks godawful.

If you dye the Guinness green it makes no difference.

I think the dye everything green movement began with the Chicago River in 1961.

By the late 70s there was green dye everywhere.

My favorite pickup line back in the day was reserved for St. Patrick’s Day…

“Pardon me, lass, do ya happen to have a bit o’ the Irish in ya?”
