I didn't think it would be Rice, for reasons already stated. That said, I lost all respect for both Harris and Booker during the Kavanaugh hearings.
In fairness, there wasn't much of anyone in the running he could have picked that I'd be wild about.

I thought it was obvious yet wondered if their was something I was missing. I wonder if there was any real drama other than assuaging donors or party operatives.
