Landman is pretty good.
Started it today.
Very, very, Taylor Sheridan - that's not a bad thing.
Not quite as soapy as Yellowstone, but there's definitely some soap in there.
If for no other reason than Jon Hamm...there's Billy Bob Thornton who is just fantastic. Probably as good as he was in Goliath.
Also more T & A than Yellowstone, so that might be a good thing.
Just a couple of episodes in, but very binge-worthy.
Cool, I plan to watch that eventually.
Right now I'm watching two shows that were very popular a couple years ago but I never watched them at the time (very normal for me... LOL). I'll mention the show titles when I'm done with the first seasons, since I'm highly sensitive to spoilers, even accidental hints.

@George-K Ok the other show I was watching was True Detective, the first season (2014?). I think I saw it on some list of "best first seasons evah!". It was enjoyable to watch the acting, I didn't think it was the best show I've seen in a while, but still a nice storytelling approach. I don't plan on watching the other 3 seasons.

Once you start to know the players, it gets better and better. The end of season one is a shocker.

I just started watching Chernobyl. It's only like 5 or 6 episodes, but is highly rated.
Good show. In an odd way, 5 episodes was perfect...not long and drawn out, and not too short either. Very well done, I can see why it's so highly rated.
Just looked it up and saw the awards it was nominated for and won. It's a shame the main actor (Jared Harris) didn't win the Golden Globe, but in an odd twist, what the show didn't win it lost to usually...Succession, which I think is the next series I'm going to watch. It was a random toss up between that, Sopranos, The Wire, Game of Thrones, Billions, and a few other shows I want to "binge" (as much as I can with maybe one episode per night).

Just finished watching Succession. Good show, loved the music, too.

The Silo books were written by Hugh Howey.
Read the books - they're great.
I loved the books, too - I read the whole series very quickly

I just watched the first episode of the TV Series. Should I stop and go read the books?

I haven't seen the TV series as I don't have Apple TV, but yes!

I've been watching Andor on the treadmill. It's ok, keeping me entertained, and not boringly stupid with any messaging. The reason I'm giving it a chance is because I've seen such positive things as this video essay, which says that it's too good for Disney star wars, and sets an impossible bar for their other entries in the universe.
Link to videoI actually never watched any star wars beyond the original and then the first in the prequel trilogy. Never the sequel trilogy, and never any of other movies or series. But then I saw some spoof LOTR commentaries that I enjoyed, and I saw he did so much star wars stuff, and I wanted to be able to appreciate that too. So I'm trying to learn about the Star Wars universe. The universe lore is probably more fun than most of the movies set in that universe. I like the Sith Rule of 2. I never knew about that.

Andor, I'm afraid the hype will leave folks with too high expectations. That being said, I've seen both seasons and both start out somewhat slowly, but by the middle/end (especially the 2nd season) they are fantastic. Like, I re-watched an episode (Who Are You?, I think it's Season 2, Episode 8?) because I liked it so much. Treadmill watching might hurt the experience a little bit, the music, dialog, set design, and slow tension I really enjoyed while watching with headphones on either on TV or on my iPad.
