A beautiful art form to an extent. I like penne and fusilli.

Anything to avoid having to curl spaghetti around my bloody fork and spill sauce all over my shirt.

Yeah spaghetti is a mess and not worth the trouble. I like penne.

Spaghetti is like the red delicious apple of pastas. It's common until you learn there's more out there. That being said, give me a great pasta sauce and meatball and I'm a happy man. Bread too.

Sadly, my pasta days are all but over. T2 diabetes and pasta don't get along. I guess I could have a small portion, but what's the point.

There’s also whole wheat pasta, but I find it intolerable. And I’m usually ok with the healthier alternatives taste-wise.
I even tried to bury it in a lasagna when I was dating the pre-diabetic Romanian girl (whose mother died from diabetes, blind and everything). It was horrible.

Very interesting article. Thanks for sharing.
(I have to admit that some of those pastas shown I have never hear of before.)
It would be interesting to see a list of the top 10 pasta types. Nevermind, I found a list. Not sure if they are exactly in numerical order. In any case, I am not familiar with campanelle and gimille
spaghetti
fettuccine
linguine
campanelle
fusilli
elbows
gemilli
rigatoni
lasagne
ravioli
