If white rice is considered bad, then yeah, white rice. Although for meals, it constitutes a relatively small volume.

It's glycemic index is actually worse than raw cane sugar.

From a blood sugar perspective, it's actually worse than raw cane sugar.

But not brown rice? There's actually that much of a difference?

    Please love yourself.

      Glycemic index:

      Brown rice: 55-68.
      White rice: 72-90
      Cane sugar 65

      Only non-witches get due process.

Reese’s Puffs. Which I am eating now with a banana and milk after a couple bottles of wine and a little bourbon.

All in all a very successful dinner party

Bread. Limit to 1 or 2 slices. My spouse is a baker so i am forced to eat some of her creations. Donut once a week.

@jon-nyc I don’t know what your GF would think of this, but if you refrigerate cooked white rice for a while, then reheat or steam it, you significantly lower its glycemic index. I didn’t know this until recently.
My worst habit has to be my teaspoon of sugar in my 2 cups of coffee daily. That adds up over a lifetime.

Last night’s dinner. This is still white rice even though she cooks it with cilantro to make it turn green.

I think mine is more about what I drink. Too much beer, and way too much coffee.

McConnell DGAF and Murkowski’s term outlasts Trump.

But Collins is up in 26. Go ahead and primary her, Dems could use the seat.

I don’t think Collins gets too much guff. She’s a Maine Republican. I think that everyone gets that is a different breed.

It’s kind of the same way that I don’t think Trump minded Fetterman being a no vote. He gets that Fetterman still has to be somewhat beholden to the Dems and Trump will likely need him for 2-3 pieces of legislation, later.

I can’t say I follow Alaska politics, but she won as a frickin write-in last time the GOP went after her. That’s pretty much impossible.

Wasn’t that the ranked tier election? So the Democrats picked her 2nd, while the Republicans picked her 2nd? So she wins?
