Agreed. Believers come in all levels of proficiency, and Lord (literally) knows I am not terribly fluent in scripture. If I can be immune from judgement... Trump seems like he checks most of the 7 deadly sins boxes and probably couldn't name a verse or more than 10 books of the bible.

Anybody can become a Christian at any moment of any day, that is their choice. Maybe an assassin's bullet through the earlobe during an historic presidential run which he eventually won, could be a reasonable case for thinking that maybe, just maybe, Trump is a real Christian, if not a particularly practicing one.
Not to say that Trump is a Christian, therefore God saved him. Just that Trump might have good reason to believe.

Well, if nothing else, Trump, to the detriment of all things earthly and spiritually, believes in his own grand destiny and reminds us so every goddamned minute of the solar day.

The argument I used in the Only Fans thread was the fruit argument. Go back and read it. When you do, do give some thought about when Salvation happens and those fruits.
Lastly, define whether you hold to a Catholic view of Salvation, a Wesleyan view or the argument of enduring Salvation put forth by the Baptists.

Dude it was a joke.
Joking at the expense of the Donald will not be tolerated.
Blessed be the name of the Donald.

I think one was Abraham Lincolns and the other was President Trumps grandmother.

I think it should go both ways. If people are going to "bash" President Biden for pretending to be a Catholic, then it is only fair that the same people "bash" President Trump for pretending to be a Christian.

To be a Christian all you really need is to say "I'm a Christian", you don't even need a witness. Done.
A Catholic has more strict requirements to be in good standing.
Whether Mr. Biden is a good Catholic is between him and his God and his crime family, its none of my business.
But I must say it doesn't look like it.Is Mr. Trump a Christian? Sure, why not.

One is Lincoln's. The other is Trump's. One he has had since 1955.

To be fair, the same thing applies to being an asshole, although typically it's other people who say it.
Or so I've heard.

I know it will be a hard task for you, but do at least try to read to the end of Goethe’s Faust.
