          Ha. Today was my day off. Already got my 50mi in for the week which is more than anyone should have to do on an indoor stationary bike.

            That's a lot, I usually do 48, but I mix it up between arms and legs.

              I do 100+ a week when I’m outside.

              This is 5 days of 10mi, I try for a 15mph pace to get it done in 40m. About half the time I’m more like 14.7 or so and spend 41, 42m.

                I bought this bad boy off Amazon last year. I hardly drive my pickup or suv anymore. Wonderful toy!
