          Cuomo was on TV just two days ago BEGGING people to come back. It would be funny if it weren't so sad... the Right has been telling you this would happen, the Left just laughed and said nah.

          It doesnt take a rocket scientist to figure out that the democrat Left has destroyed everything it gets it's hands on. Yet some still stick to leftwing views, even while a 3 year old can see what a bunch of fools you've elected, and that leftist ideology is a failure.

            Joe Rogan is leaving LA because he is uncomfortable living in the middle of the mob. (There may also be some tax motivations.) He had on recently one of his favorite guests Joey Diaz, a lifelong New Yorker who says that now, for the first time in his life, he's not comfortable being out alone at night.

            Education is extremely important.

              I think the pandemic forced 20 years worth of companies slowly embracing remote work into 3 months. Therefore, I think this could be a permanent shift away from dense urban living, at least to some degree.

                @Mik

                Unless you were to live there full time, the HOA fees would not make it worthwhile.

                  Investors will make some sort of deal. The residents will not want to see their property values this low. HOA fees will be negotiable for investment properties.

                    Hmmmm. Maybe I'll give it a rethink. Thanks for that.
