Well, yeah… Frankly, that number’s low. 100%?of the Muslims should want Catholics and Christians to convert, just like 100% of Christians should want the Muslims to convert to Christianity. It’s in the tenants of their religions. Frankly, it’s the ones that don’t that you should find threatening.

Out of a belief that this is what God wants, and for humans to be saved and go to Heaven. Like you said, there are different tactics. I grew up in a church that showed this by welcoming the poor, traveling to build an orphanage in Mexico (my first trip abroad), and so forth. Convert out of love, by love.
It might be the accent, but I'm usually enthralled when Hitchens is making a point. He has a great structure with how he builds and conveys his point.

It's funny, I was coincidentally just listening to a BBC podcast about him this morning on my drive to work, and that popped up. His disliked her almost as much as he did the Clintons.
