                      IF he'd won a second term, it is painful to imagine what he might be like in 2-3 years. I had a friend at my old health club, a former Olympic class runner - who actively worked out in his 70s - and seemed quite vital - but in the space of a couple of years went downhill very rapidly - due to Alzheimer's. It isn't always a gentle decline - sometimes, one just takes a tumble off the cliff into ill health.
