Well Horace, your kitty looks a lot like an American Shorthair, classic silver tabby. Could it be a purebred? It has many of the hallmark markings ⌠the âMâ on the forehead, the âbullseyeâ on its side, and full rings on its tail. We had 3. All retired showcats. Sweet and friendly. Our silver tabby was bred in Hawaii. Hereâs pics of him and his âbrotherâ, a brown classic tabby.

Better get the cat in before January 20th.
I disagree. Trump is a big fan of grabbing... felines. Just keep the cat away from Pennsylvania Ave.

Thanks. The cat came back yesterday and I got a new batch of videos.
The problem is that the cat is an outdoor cat. Outdoor cats are prone to all kinds of problems, including diseases, injury, etc.
If you bring it home, it might have an issue adjusting if you plan to keep it as an indoor cat.
But, yeah, what a neat-looking animal. So friendly.

Thanks for that warning, I hadn't considered that aspect.

Our kitty above had to be quarantined (I believe it was a Hawaii rule) for a period of time, plus all the right vaccinations. But my memory has faded. It was decades ago. Didnât Optimistic bring back a cute pup from ?Honduras or ?Costa Rica . I sure miss her.

I've never seen a cat with those markings before. Really pretty and interesting.
Has your wife named it yet?

Huahua, which means flower.
She got some of the back story from a neighbor who knows the original owner. The cat, now five years old, got sick and the owner couldnât afford the vet. So he abandoned the cat. No, it doesnât make much sense to me either.

It has been my experience that once something has been named it is yours and you can't get rid of it.
Hope the vet gives Huahua a clean bill of health.

Yes, she's on FB and got married this past year! Marta is still with her and still very cute. Let me know if you'd need her name to connect with her. Musical Princess is out there too, and I believe they got married this year as well. She lives in Australia now.
FB is a valuable tool if you ignore all the nonsense.
