The Trump Campaign is trying to bring her in for some last minute campaign appearances.

If you were Nikki, what would it take?

I think she is kind of in the VP Pence position.

Those who love President Trump - she is not MAGA enough
Those who hate President Trump - she is too MAGA
Those in the middle - not sure she will have any impact. Her time to have an impact has passed for this election.

I dunno what she wants personally for her career. If there's a role in the administration she'd like, then she can make a deal.

Broader though for me is why primary voters found Trump preferable to Nikki in the first place. She would mop the floor with Kamala and get pretty much the same things policy-wise and actually have a chance to pass them legislatively.

Seriously - I don't get it. Please someone explain it to me.

What would it take... Secretary of State? She already has foreign relations experience as UN ambassador. Would be a good thing to have on the resume for 2028 (as Prez or VP)... I've thought many of our Secretaries of State would be great Presidents (Powell, Rice, Pompeo, Blinken).

@xenon not sure other than it's hard for a Trump loyalist to break from him even if there is a more pragmatic choice for winning, getting policy passed, and setting up the GOP for a nice long-term future.

I’d love her to have SecState, but I seriously doubt anything like that is likely.

Depends on what he offered her (probably a lot) and whether he’ll honor his word (doubtful).
