Hay Aqua! The Enclave is evicting immigrants

@Aqua-Letifer this is where we lived from 2005-2007. What a spectacular view we had, learned lots of piano, but do you remember the CRAP we had to jump through before moving in? Employment verification, paystubs, possible co-signing and $80k income verification, fax numbers... and of course their piss poor management office didn't help.
Oh, our rent for that 2-bedroom apt was $1,385. It has doubled since then, I think.
Anyway...sad situation, sort of. Organizations helped all these immigrants move there with 6 months of money, but now since they don't know English yet and/or have a job, and they all have kids... dozens are about to be evicted.

At last count there were 300 homeless vets in Montgomery County.
